MAKING A BOOKING
First of all Check availability and rates, you can do this on line by clicking the link on the cottage page you are interested in. You will see that Monday and Friday are our normal start days for bookings. In off peak times we can often accommodate different start days but you will have to contact us direct by email or telephone or the contact form on our website, as the online booking can’t action this.
On our availability calendar if you hover over your arrival date it will show the price of that break and if you are happy click on it and then click on your chosen departure date and you will then be directed through the booking process which will automatically generate a booking summary but a booking will not be secured until the deposit payment of 25% has been received.
We can accept bank transfer, card payments, PayPal and cheques payable to Netherton Hall Farm, however our preferred method is bank transfer. Your balance of 75% is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For late notice bookings, within 6 weeks of your arrival date payment is due in full at the time of booking.
If a date you are interested in is provisionally booked please contact us as it may become available.
Initial bookings can be provisional but a booking is not secured until a 25% deposit has been received
If you would like to bring Horses, Dogs or have any special requirements please telephone or email to make sure we can accomodate you, we always try to and check any special requirements.
Confirming your booking, once we have recieved you booking we will confirm it immediately via email please check the details of your stay thoroughly.

ABOUT YOUR STAY
Arrival time is from 3 pm onwards on the first day and your Departure time is no later than 10 am on the final day of your stay for both you and any animals you have.
Please let us know what time are expecting to arrive As we always try to be here to show you in and show you how to access the swimming pool.
In your cottage bedding and towels are provided, if you require extra bedding or towels theses can be provided at extra charge.
In your cottage you will find a welcome pack with wine, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, jam, bread and milk. You will also find cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags and some toilet rolls (although you may need to bring more!).
We provide your first basket of logs and sticks and do have more available here to buy, please ask.
Day guests are welcome to visit but must not stay over night and are not allowed in the swimming pool.
You must not have more than the stated number of people allowed staying in the cottage you book. All our cottages are No Smoking and please do not use candles in the cottages.
We have a laundry room shared between the cottages operated on coin meters and you will need to bring washing powder, please ask if you need change.
Please look after and respect our cottages and please let us know if there are any damages. We do not normally charge for minor breakages however the owners reserve the right to charge for any non trivial damage.
Please leave your cottage clean and tidy although a full clean is included in the cost of your cottage stay. We will inspect the cottage prior to your departure on the final day of your stay.
If you have any problems, special requirements or needs please let us know and we will do all we can to acomodate you.
We accept up to 2 Dogs in each cottage except for Woodshed Cottage which is pet free, so long as they are well behaved, they are not allowed on the furniture and not allowed in the bedrooms. Dogs must not be left in cottages whilst guests are off the premises and they must be kept on a lead at all times when in the yard or any communal areas. Dogs are charged at £20 per dog to cover the extra cleaning costs. Dogs are not allowed in the stables area.
Please check with us for stable availability before booking in Horses they are charged at £20 per night on DIY basis or £30 per night Full Livery basis. Your horses must be fully insured including public liability insurance for any damage they may cause, they must have a passport and up to date annual Flu vaccinations. Please do not bring your horses if you are worried about their health in any way.
Stables are bedded with straw and hay or haylage is provided. Stables are rubber matted and have automatic waterers you may need to bring buckets if they won’t use these.
you will need to bring feed, feed buckets and hay nets. We have a storage locker for equipment and we provide basic mucking out equipment.
We have a number of small electric fenced paddocks for holiday horses.
